Concursul de fotografie se adresează tinerilor din raionul Cahul, după cum urmează:Grupul I – copii cu vârsta între 11 și 15 ani;Grupul II – tineri cu vârsta între 16 și 20 ani;Grupul III – tineri cu vârsta 21 + ani. Pentru a participa, urmează acești pași:Publică o fotografie sau o scurtă înregistrare video pe pagina ta de Facebook, cu genericul „Investiții Europene în raionul Cahul”. Partenerul proiectului pentru Regiunea Sud este Centrul Regional de Asistență și Informare a Organizațiilor Neguvernamentale ”CONTACT-Cahul”.

„Centrul Regional de Asistență și Informare a Organizațiilor Neguvernamentale ”CONTACT-Cahul” (CRAION CONTACT-Cahul), organizație nonguvernamentală, apolitică și necomercială, implementează proiectul „Consiliul Raional de Participare Cahul – platformă pentru un proces decizional transparent – III”, cu suportul Fundației Est-Europene în parteneriat cu Centrul „Parteneriat pentru Dezvoltare”, din resursele acordate de Agenția Elvețiană pentru Dezvoltare și Cooperare (SDC) și Suedia. Proiectul are ca scop consolidarea capacităților societății civile din raionul Cahul în vederea participării active în procesele decizionale la nivel de raion prin analizarea proiectelor de decizii, elaborarea și promovarea politicilor publice alternative şi monitorizarea transparenței administrative a autorităților publice de nivelul I și II. Pentru sprijinirea activității Consiliului Raional pentru Participare Cahul (CRP Cahul), CRAION CONTACT-Cahul anunță concurs pentru selectarea unui consultant jurist care va facilita activitatea de analiză a proiectelor de decizii ale Consiliului Raional Cahul de către membrii CRP Cahul, din trei perspective: 1) de procedură (legalitatea actelor administrative, transparența în procesul decizional, consultare publică), 2) de rezultat (claritate, eficiență, echitate)și 3) de impact (logica intervenției, fezabilitate).
